To locate your serial number for your radio, you must first remove your radio from the vehicle completely. This is an essential step for online Porsche decoding, as we provide your original radio code for your Porsche radio based on the serial number, unlike main dealers who use the vehicles registration number. If you find however that you are unable to enter any digits, leave your radio powered up for 1 hour continuously to reset itself.

Whilst you have it removed also check for any labells such as Repaired... Exchange.. and check that labels such as Warranty Void if Removed are in-tact.
