Decoding your Miscellaneous CQLM0920 Mazda

To take advantage of our workshop decoding service you will be required to send in or bring down your complete Miscellaneous car stereo to our workshop in Crawley.

If you decide to send it in, we ask that you package your radio appropriately in a small box with padding to protect any sensitive areas such as the front panel.   Please do not send your radio in a padded envelope as the likely hood of it turning up on one piece is not a chance you should be willing to take.

You can place your order online to send your radio into us, Return Postage fees will be calculated during checkout or alternatively you can bring your unit into us between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

However we request that you first call 0844 357 0600 and book an appointment to ensure we are available.

If you decide to post it into us, under most circumstances your Miscellaneous radio will be decoded within 1-2 days of arrival and returned to you by royal mail recorded delivery. Certain units, due to the complexity may take an additional day or two to be decoded. 

Please ensure somebody is available for receiving the radio as a signature is required for the security of your radio.

After switching on the set the display flashes 'CODE'

Press [ AST ] and [ AUDIO ] keys until ' - - - - ' is displayed

Enter the code via pre-set keys 1 - 6

Press [ SCAN ] and [ AUTO M ] keys to save, 'CODE' will display again and after a few seconds will clear showing a clock display

Press the [ PWR ] button to switch the radio on
