Decoding your Ford 2008 (6 Preset)

To take advantage of our workshop decoding service you will be required to send in or bring down your complete Ford car stereo to our workshop in Crawley.

If you decide to send it in, we ask that you package your radio appropriately in a small box with padding to protect any sensitive areas such as the front panel.   Please do not send your radio in a padded envelope as the likely hood of it turning up on one piece is not a chance you should be willing to take.


You can place your order online to send your radio into us, Return Postage fees will be calculated during checkout or alternatively you can bring your unit into us between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

However we request that you first call 0844 357 0600 and book an appointment to ensure we are available.

If you decide to post it into us, under most circumstances your Ford radio will be decoded within 1-2 days of arrival and returned to you by royal mail recorded delivery. Certain units, due to the complexity may take an additional day or two to be decoded. 

Please ensure somebody is available for receiving the radio as a signature is required for the security of your radio.

Ford 2008 (6 Preset) Code Entry Instructions

Switching on the unit the display may show a vehicle registration number, only if one had previously been entered.

Press the [SELECT] button once and set will display 'CODE - - - - '.

Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the fourth digit

To save the code press the [SELECT] button. The set will now operate.
