Decoding your Clarion 9700IG

To take advantage of our workshop decoding service you will be required to send in or bring down your complete Clarion car stereo to our workshop in Crawley.

If you decide to send it in, we ask that you package your radio appropriately in a small box with padding to protect any sensitive areas such as the front panel. Please do not send your radio in a padded envelope as the likely hood of it turning up on one piece is not a chance you should be willing to take.

You can place your order online to send your radio into us, Return Postage fees will be calculated during checkout or alternatively you can bring your unit into us between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

However we request that you first call 0844 357 0600 and book an appointment to ensure we are available.

If you decide to post it into us, under most circumstances your Clarion radio will be decoded within 1-2 days of arrival and returned to you by royal mail recorded delivery. Certain units, due to the complexity may take an additional day or two to be decoded.

Please ensure somebody is available for receiving the radio as a signature is required for the security of your radio.

Online Radio Codes for Clarion

Get a Clarion Code Online

Clarion 9700IG Code Entry Instructions

Switch the unit on and enter the code via preset keys 1 - 5.

Upon entry of the last code digit, the set will operate.

NOTE : If the set displays a code when first switched on, this indicates that it is locked and the number displayed is the last incorrect code entry.

To clear this hold down the [ BAND ] button for about 4 seconds.

The display will clear allowing you to enter the correct code.
