The following Becker / Siemens units as fitted to Porsche & Alfa romeo contain highly sophisticated security systems, Dealers are unable to obtain the codes to re-activate the Navigation units and a replacement unit costs in excess of £1500
We are now able to decode these, however due to the difficulty and labour intensive work required we will require your unit for 3-4 days
rather than our usual same / next day return service. We will decode the radio and navigation unit for complete operation.

Decoding your BE-2580 Nav Unit
To take advantage of our workshop decoding service you will be required to send in or bring down your complete car stereo to our workshop in Crawley.
If you decide to send it in, we ask that you package your radio appropriately in a small box with padding to protect any sensitive areas such as the front panel. Please do not send your radio in a padded envelope as the likely hood of it turning up on one piece is not a chance you should be willing to take.
You can place your order online to send your radio into us, Return Postage fees will be calculated during checkout or alternatively you can bring your unit into us between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday, However we request that you first call and book an appointment to ensure we are available. we are unable to decode this whilst you wait however you can drop it off and arrange a collection when ready.

If you decide to post it into us, under most circumstances your Alfa / Porsche radio will be decoded within 3-4 days and returned to you by Initial CityLink courier service. Certain units, due to the complexity may take an additional day or two to be decoded.
Please ensure somebody is available for receiving the radio as a signature is required for the security of your radio.
